My name is Tracy (yep, that’s me in the picture), and if I were to close my eyes and imagine my “happy place” it would probably be in a hip, artsy coffee shop of some sort. It’s the simple things in life that matter the most at our house – a fabulous pot of coffee or loose leaf tea, strumming the guitar or playing the piano, drinking a semi-fabulous glass of wine with a home made dinner after a long day, wood heat, baking bread, pretending we live on a farm by growing our own vegetables, and simply trying to keep our life just that, simple. My husband, Joe, is a wonderful man who shares my love of a slower-paced life – he’s handsome, smart, quirky, and full of technical genius abilities. Our oldest who is 8 is a sharp, kind-hearted, creative, innovative little inventor. Our middle son is our sweet Mr. fix-it, who always knows where everything is, and has an extremely hard work ethic for someone who’s only 5. Our youngest little boy is 2, and for the most part he’s an easy-going, laid back type of guy, although he seems to be everywhere all the time. Then, there’s sweet baby girl who is 7 months old. She’s a cuddly little thing who we are all enjoying so much. As the parents of 3 boys and 1 girl we are here to testify that it seems that – yes – boys and girls are definitely different from birth!
